HOW TO BE A GREAT DAD AND AMAZING BIRTH PARTNER
If you're like most guys you want to be the BEST DAD you can be. These days men want to (and are expected to) play a much bigger role in pregnancy, birth and parenting but most of us have NO IDEA how to do it.
Look around and you'll find it very difficult to locate good resources for men that can help us be the BEST dad we can be, tell us how to be supportive during pregnancy and be an AMAZING birth partner.
When your partner is pregnant she wants support, wants you to be excited and involved in the pregnancy, wants you to be actively involved and supportive during the birth and of course hopes you'll be a GREAT DAD. How can you do all of this to ensure that you have a HAPPY pregnancy and birth and the best possible start to parenthood?
We've created the Being Dad movie to help you.
We interviewed groups of new dads from around the country and asked them to tell us the SECRETS to :
- Being an AMAZING birth partner,
- Being supportive during pregnancy and
- Being a GREAT DAD.
Just to make sure we didn't lead you astray we also interviewed a range of experts to arm you with everything you need to know in a funny and entertaining movie that goes for 77 minutes.
What other guys have to say about Being Dad
"Before watching Being Dad is was anxious about birth and being a birth partner for my wife. Now I'm excited! I can see that birth is a HAPPY experience....not a medical emergency!" Bill, dad-to-be
"Being Dad made me laugh out loud many times. Already being a dad I could relate to almost everything they talked about. Wish I saw this before our pregnancy! I liked the experts alongside the "regular Joes" - Benji
"I liked to see it (pregnancy and birth) from the man's perspective. We women get so focused on ourselves and the baby that I didn't have any idea about what my husband was feeling until I saw Being Dad" - Paula (mom-to-be)
"Being Dad gave me insights I didn't have before, now I know I'm not alone in my thoughts. Now I need a sequel to help me with the first year after the baby comes! - Mike (dad-to-be)
"I wish my husband had seen these images and heard the experiences before we had our children" Regina (mother of three)
